You are solely responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your ace219 login credentials, including your registered mobile number, password, and OTP codes. You agree to notify ace219 immediately upon discovering any unauthorized access to or use of your account.
ace219 reserves the right to investigate any account at any time for compliance with these Terms. During an investigation, ace219 may place a temporary hold on the account and associated funds pending resolution. ace219 will communicate the reason for any hold to the affected player within a reasonable period.
An account that has not recorded any login activity for a period of twelve (12) consecutive months is considered inactive. ace219 may apply an inactivity fee of ₱100 per month to inactive accounts with a positive balance, after providing the registered player thirty (30) days' notice via SMS to the registered mobile number. Accounts with a zero balance after twelve months of inactivity may be closed.
All transactions conducted through ace219 are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP). ace219 does not accept foreign currency deposits. Any conversion costs arising from cross-border transactions are the sole responsibility of the player.
ace219 accepts deposits via GCash, Maya (PayMaya), QR Ph, GrabPay, InstaPay, PesoNet, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and 7-Eleven CLiQQ. The minimum deposit amount is ₱50 via GCash or Maya. Specific minimums and maximums for other payment methods are posted on the deposit page within the platform.
You may only deposit funds using payment methods registered in your own name. ace219 strictly prohibits the use of third-party payment methods. Deposits received from payment methods not matching the account holder's verified identity will be reversed to the source and may trigger account review.
Withdrawals may only be processed to a payment method registered in the player's own name and matching the identity verified during KYC. The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200. ace219 aims to process withdrawal requests within 24 hours of request submission, subject to successful KYC verification and the absence of any active account review.
ace219 is subject to applicable Philippine anti-money laundering legislation including the Anti-Money Laundering Act (AMLA) and its implementing rules. ace219 may request additional documentation to verify the source of funds at any time. Suspected money laundering activity will be reported to the Anti-Money Laundering Council (AMLC) as required by law.
All bonuses, promotions, cashback offers, and free bets offered by ace219 are subject to the specific terms published alongside each promotion. In the absence of specific promotion terms, the default wagering requirement of 20× (twenty times) the bonus amount applies before any Bonus Funds or winnings derived therefrom may be withdrawn.
Wagers on games with a Return to Player (RTP) of 97% or above contribute at a reduced rate toward wagering requirements as specified in individual promotion terms. Live casino game wagers may contribute at 10%–20% of face value toward wagering requirements unless a specific promotion states otherwise. Bets placed while a bonus is active but on excluded game categories do not count toward wagering requirements.
ace219 maintains active monitoring for bonus abuse patterns including but not limited to: low-variance betting strategies designed to minimize risk while fulfilling wagering requirements, coordinated play between linked accounts, and exploitation of promotional terms in bad faith. ace219 reserves the right to void Bonus Funds, cancel winnings, and close accounts where bonus abuse is confirmed.
Players may not hold more than one active bonus simultaneously unless a specific promotion expressly permits it. Attempting to claim multiple bonuses concurrently may result in the cancellation of all active bonuses on the account.
Each game available on ace219 operates according to its own rules, which are accessible within the game interface. In the event of a discrepancy between in-game rules and these Terms, the specific game rules govern for that game type.
In the event of a system malfunction, disconnection, or technical failure that affects the outcome of a game, ace219 reserves the right to void the affected game round and return the bet to the player's account balance. ace219 will not be liable for any winnings that would have been generated during a malfunctioning round.
Game results from certified live dealer games — where outcomes are determined by physical cards, wheels, dice, or other physical elements operated by a live dealer — are final and binding once the result is announced on-stream, unless a proven technical error affected the recorded outcome.

Where termination is initiated by ace219 without cause, any verified real-money balance (excluding Bonus Funds) will be returned to the player via their registered withdrawal method within 10 business days.
Players may close their ace219 account at any time by contacting support. Closed accounts with a positive real-money balance will have that balance returned to the player's registered withdrawal method after satisfactory KYC verification. Bonus Funds are forfeited upon account closure.
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms or your use of ace219 Services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the appropriate courts of the Philippines.
Prior to initiating any formal legal proceedings, you agree to first attempt to resolve any dispute directly with ace219 through the support contact channels. ace219 commits to responding to formal written dispute notifications within fifteen (15) business days of receipt.
PAGCOR-licensed operations are subject to PAGCOR's dispute resolution mechanisms where applicable. Players may escalate unresolved disputes to PAGCOR in accordance with applicable regulations.
ace219 reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where changes are material, ace219 will provide reasonable advance notice via the platform and/or SMS to registered players.
